Having delivered events as both a producer and production manager, in-house and freelance, I've seen firsthand what makes projects succeed: clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and meticulous execution.

End-to-end creation, production, and operation of Dopamine Land, a multisensory immersive experience conceived and developed in-house by Fever, combining a series of interactive rooms designed to engage touch, sight, smell, and memory across an extended public run in South Kensington.
Delivery
As the creator, producer, and operator of the experience, Fever managed the project from concept through to daily live running, including design and build of the eleven-room interactive layout, technical and creative production, staffing, and ongoing site operations. Delivery focused on maintaining a consistent guest experience across an extended public run, with continuous oversight of visitor flow, room maintenance, and operational performance throughout the installation's lifecycle.

Dutton Ranch at Curzon Cinema
Secret Cinema

Production management and site delivery oversight for Dutton Ranch at Curzon Cinema, a branded immersive cinema activation developed with Secret Cinema and hosted at Curzon Cinema. The project required full installation and derig within a live cinema environment, integrating set build, technical infrastructure, and audience experience within an operational venue.
Delivery
The project required end-to-end production management across installation and derig phases within an active cinema site. This included coordination of contractors, technical teams, and suppliers to deliver set, AV, and front-of-house infrastructure safely and efficiently within strict venue constraints. Full health & safety compliance was maintained across all site activity, including RAMS, inductions, and ongoing monitoring throughout build, live operation, and derig. Delivery required close alignment between venue operations and the creative production team to ensure the immersive experience was realised without disruption to core cinema operations.

Outlander: The Experience

The project required a temporary public installation to be built, operated, and safely de-rigged within a tight two-day window, in a high-footfall tourist location.

Outlander: the Experience was delivered at Trafalgar Square over a two-day activation window, requiring rapid build and equally rapid breakdown around an active public space. Scope included site operations planning, queue and crowd management for high visitor volumes, registration and entry systems, and on-site staffing to manage flow throughout the event. A five-venue touring programme across stadium, racecourse, and greenfield environments, combining a 1,000-drone aerial display with live performance, hospitality, and large-scale audience operations. Scope included end-to-end touring logistics, shipping and freight coordination, venue and authority liaison, and multi-site operational planning.
